Landlords

We’ve all had that landlord, who makes unreasonable demands or tries to pass off costs to you. If you have continued issues with a landlord or cooperative corporation, I can review your lease to identify language that protects you and/or draft a strongly worded email for you to send.

Intellectual Property

Whether you are writing a book, producing amazing art, or designing a logo for a new company, it is important to protect your intellectual property without infringing on someone else’s. I can quickly provide answers to your IP questions so you can move forward without concern.
